What is Ontological Coaching?

Ontological coaching is a powerful approach to personal and professional development that explores not only what we do, but who we are being as we do it.

Based on the study of human "being" and how we make sense of the world, ontological coaching examines the underlying beliefs, assumptions, emotions, language and patterns of behaviour that shape our actions and results.

Rather than focusing only on acquiring new skills or solving immediate problems, it helps individuals understand how the way they observe situations, engage in conversations and respond emotionally can either enable or limit their effectiveness.

Through increased awareness and new perspectives, ontological coaching creates the possibility for deeper, sustainable change — helping individuals, teams and organisations become more adaptive, effective and capable of generating the outcomes they seek.

The approach is highly experiential, working with real challenges and conversations to expand people's capacity to lead, collaborate and create meaningful change.
